Metro Novel, operated by MetroJournal Online LLP, is a fully digital service. We provide access to online reading content (novels and chapters). No physical goods are sold or shipped, and therefore no shipping charges apply.
When and how you receive access
- Free content (the first three chapters of each novel) is available immediately once you create an account and sign in.
- Paid content is delivered instantly online as soon as your subscription payment is successfully confirmed. Access is unlocked automatically within your account on the website and app.
- If access is not unlocked shortly after a successful payment, it is usually a temporary processing delay. Please refresh, or contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Where the service is available
The Service is delivered over the internet and can be accessed wherever you have a compatible device and connection, subject to our Terms of Use.
